Two ways we fix a screen
Re-screen the frame you have, or build you a new one
Not sure which one you need? Bring the screen in and we can review the options with you.

Option 1
Re-screen Your Existing Frame
Bring in the frame you already have and we'll strip the torn mesh, clean the channel, and roll in new screen with fresh spline. The cheapest, fastest option — and the fit is guaranteed because it's your frame.
- Best when the frame is straight and the corners are solid
- New spline installed, edges trimmed clean
- Usually ready in 7 business days

Option 2
New Frame Built to Your Opening
Bent, corroded, or missing frames get rebuilt. We cut frame stock to your measurements, fit new corners and hardware, and install fresh mesh so the finished screen drops right into the opening.
- Built to your measurements or to the sash you bring in
- New frame, screen, corners, spline, pull tabs, and clips
- Window and door screens, including odd sizes
Pricing is based on the linear inch of the frame and includes all materials and labor. Bring the screen or your measurements to the Delray Beach store, or call (561) 495-8900 and we'll quote it. Turnaround times are an estimate and can vary with the volume of projects in the shop — we'll give you a realistic timeframe when you drop off. All screen work is completed at our Delray Beach store, but we can arrange drop-off and pick-up at our Lake Worth paint store if that's more convenient for you.

Questions
Screen Repairs — common questions
Straight answers from the counter. If yours isn't here, call us and ask.
Do I bring the whole screen or just measurements?
It is highly preferable to bring the framed screen in. Any re-screen where we are not remaking the frame requires the full frame here in the shop. And if we are building a new frame and screen, having the original lets us match the exact dimensions for the best fit. If you provide your own dimensions, you are responsible for those measurements and for how the finished screen fits your window opening.
How long does a screen repair take?
Plan on about 7 business days. That is an estimate and can vary with the volume of projects in the shop, so we will give you a realistic timeframe when you drop off.
Can you fix a torn pool cage or lanai panel?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer on-site work. We specialize in window and door screens that can be brought into the store, and large cage panels are typically an on-site job.
