The interior product carries a mildew-resistant finish that matters in Florida bathrooms and laundry rooms. The exterior product is a proven repaint coating for houses and low-rise buildings.
If you're painting a whole house and want one good paint for all of it, this is usually the recommendation.

What's the difference between Regal Select and Aura?
Aura has more pigment, better hide in deep colors, and better color retention outdoors. Regal Select gives you most of the finish quality for less money and is easier on a big job. For an off-white whole house, Regal Select is the sensible pick.
Which sheen should I use in a bathroom?
Pearl or semi-gloss in a bathroom that gets steamy, eggshell or satin in a powder room. Our sheen finder walks you through it room by room.
Is Regal Select good for exteriors in Florida?
Regal Select Exterior is a solid repaint coating for houses. For ocean-facing walls and buildings taking direct salt spray, we'd point you to Aura Exterior or Element Guard.
Do I need a primer with Regal Select?
Over a sound, previously painted surface in a similar color, no. Over bare drywall, stains, raw wood, or a drastic color change, prime — Fresh Start is the usual answer.
