Five steps, one team, and a real date before you commit.

Consultation
Start in the showroom or book an in-home visit. We look at the space, the light, the way you use the room, and what's already staying.

Selection
We pull books, fabrics, and finishes against your paint colors and narrow to a short list you can live with — samples go home with you.

Measure & quote
Our team measures every opening or wall and returns a written quote with materials, labor, and a realistic lead time.

Order & fabrication
We place the order in a single dye lot where it matters, track the vendor, and keep you posted on shipping dates.

Installation
Installed by people we work with every week, cleaned up, and walked with you before we call it done.

Frequently asked
- Do I need an appointment?
- No. We don't work by appointment for the showroom — we keep set store hours and we're closed Sundays. Stop in any day during normal business hours to view our library of ordered samples and the wallpaper books, on your own or with our assistance, and speak with our interior decorating, color, and wallpaper consultants. Window treatments and accessories are handled by appointment, in home, with Judy Falvo upon request.
- Do you charge for a consultation?
- Color help while you're in the store is free — just ask. Dedicated color consultations are a paid service and go through a request form; send it and our design team replies with the fee and available times. Window treatment and accessory appointments in your home are scheduled with Judy Falvo on request.
- Who do I email?
- Wallpaper, color consultations, and general Interiors inquiries go to nancy@hesslerinteriors.com or pam@hesslerinteriors.com.
- Do you measure and install?
- Yes — for window treatments we measure and install. For wallcovering we calculate yardage and can refer installers who work in Delray Beach and Boca Raton regularly.
- Can you take samples home?
- Yes. Wallcovering samples and fabric memos go home with you so you can see them in your own light before committing.
- How long do custom orders take?
- Stocked wallcovering and standard shades are often two to three weeks. Custom drapery, shutters, and specialty wallcovering run longer — we quote a real date up front.
- Do you work with my designer or contractor?
- Constantly. Send us the spec or have them call the showroom and we'll coordinate directly.
