Frequently asked questions
How much wallpaper do I need?
Bring wall width, wall height, and the number of doors and windows. Pattern repeat drives waste, so two papers on the same wall can need different roll counts. We calculate single rolls, bolts, and the right overage before you order — and we'd rather over-order slightly than chase a second dye lot later.
How much does wallpaper cost per roll?
Our books run roughly from budget printed papers through designer grasscloth and handpainted specialty panels, so a powder room can land anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to several thousand. Tell us the room and a ballpark budget and we'll pull only from the books that fit it.
Do the walls need prep or primer first?
Almost always. Wallcovering primer seals the surface so the paper hangs flat and later strips cleanly, and textured or freshly patched walls usually need skim work first. The paint counter is a few steps from the books, so we spec the primer at the same time you pick the pattern.
Do you install wallpaper or recommend an installer?
We supply the wallcovering and we can point you to independent paperhangers who work in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and the surrounding towns. Installation is contracted directly with them, and we'll make sure your order arrives in one dye lot and on their schedule.
Wallpaper or paint for this room?
Paint wins on cost, speed, and changeability. Wallpaper wins when the room needs pattern, texture, or depth that paint can't produce — small rooms, ceilings, and feature walls especially. We sell both, so we have no reason to push you either way.
Can I take samples home?
Yes. Walk out the same day with samples we keep on display, or order a large-format sample when you need to judge a pattern at scale. Tape it up and look at it in morning and evening light before you commit.
