Ventilation still matters
Washable is not waterproof. A bath with a working exhaust fan is a good candidate; a steam shower wall is not.
Scrubbable ratings vary
There is a real difference between washable, scrubbable, and Type II. We'll match the rating to the room.
Primer seals the wall
